*I understand that the booking is confirmed after payment and Non-Refundable. As the slots are limited, reservation will be on first come first serve basis.

*I understand that I will receive a payment confirmation after making the payment, and a reminder email will be sent to me a week before the event.

*I understand that my child (if) who is 4-7 years old must be parent/guardian accompanied.

*I agree that the school reserves the rights to reschedule or change the activities.

*I agree to give Dancepointe Academy the full rights to take any photography and videography during the Excursion and to use any photos or videos of my child/ward* after the Excursion.

*I hereby agree to keep Dancepointe Academy & it's management and helpers of the event fully indemnified against all claims losses or damages, whatsoever, in respect to death, injury, disability or any loss or damage arising from any cause in connection with the event or my child’s/ward’s* participation.

*I understand that the payment for the excursion is only available via PayNow, and the card payment option is currently inactive.
