Notes:

1) This is a Parent and child event but not compulsory

2) It's compulsory for 3 - 5 years old kids to be accompanied by their parents/guardian

3) Each child ticket comes with an exclusive designed tshirt and a gift.

4) All fees are inclusive of Sistic and other bank charges.

5) Deadline to Register: 20th May 2025.

DECLARATION AND AGREEMENT

I understand that the booking is confirmed after payment and Non-Refundable. As the slots are limited, reservation will be on first come first serve basis.

I agree that the school reserves the rights to reschedule or change the activities.

I agree to give Dancepointe Academy the full rights to take any photography and videography during the Excursion and to use any photos or videos of my child/ward* after the Excursion.

I hereby agree to keep Dancepointe Academy & it's management and helpers of the event fully indemnified against all claims losses or damages, whatsoever, in respect to death, injury, disability or any loss or damage arising from any cause in connection with the event or my child’s/ward’s* participation.
