* I understand that a concert ticket is required to purchase for entry to watch my child/ward performance (watchout for the school annoucement).

* With due diligence, I hereby agree to keep Dancepointe Academy & it's management and helpers of the event fully indemnified against all claims losses or damages arising from the event. I also agree that the school reserves the rights to reschedule and change Venue

* I agree to grant Dancepointe Academy full rights to take any photography and videography during the performance and to use any photos or videos of my child/ward* after the performance for the purpose of promoting Dance Education.
