Creative Pre School Ballet – For the 3 and 4 Years old
Dancepointe’s Creative Pre School Ballet is an enjoyable way for
young children to channel their energy, develop physical skills,
stimulate imagination and promote creativity. The competitive
advantage of Dancepointe's Creative Pre School Ballet course over
other players is the incorporation of Classical Ballet techniques to
a Movement Class. The aim of this course is to enhance the benefits
of a Movement Class (mentioned above) and also introduce Classical
Ballet in a fun way. Our Creative Ballet works with a combination of
a THEME, movements with Classical Ballet techniques, music and story
telling.
Added benefit from Dancepointe - Live pianist is engaged for all the
ballet classes! This will teach children the understanding of
variation in music pitches versus the size of dance movements.
Dancepointe's Creative Pre School Ballet course serves a good
progression to the next level – Classical Ballet for 5 years old and
above, which is more demanding in ballet techniques and self
discipline.

using two metal plates in each shoe. So besides moving your feet to
the music, you are also adding sounds to it. It is, as one of the
famous Tap dancer said “The Art of Feet Drumming’.
You can watch the famous “Riverdance” to know all about Tap dance.

Modern Dance
Typically, modern dance is like a free movement dance , or
rather like a break free from Classical Ballet lines. It holds on
tightly to Classical Ballet techniques, but the choreography is very
diversed and generally can not be recognized as any specific dance
style, although other dance styles can often influence much of the
movement.
It is usually lyrical and slow but as said, it can be any forms,
even fast! It requires high level of emotions and expressions to
make the movements convincing.
